“ This feels a solid, unbreakable car. The ride is firm, but the basics are right. Handling-wise the Invicta is pretty much there in its easy, friendly, front-engined way, and it does keep you invigoratingly in touch with the road. Torque doesn’t peak until 4,800 rpm, but the consistency of shove making the Invicta feel less dramatically quick than it probably is. At quite a big speed, the Invicta feels directionally rock-solid, the ABS-less brakes feel encouragingly tireless, the (steering) is quick, well-weighted and entirely focused… corners with minimum roll and understeer… “
