The Brit-built Invicta S1 is one of the most sensational sports cars you'll ever see. It's Massive, it's beautiful. this car is such a show stopper, such an extraordinary, gob-smaking beast, that it deserves to be a Ferrari-thrasher. Well, soon it will be with a new supercharged version is on the way. It's called the Invicta S1-600, because its 5 litre Ford V8 pushes out a monstrous 600bhp. The Good news is that the S1-600 will hit over 200mph , and 0-60 in less than four seconds. The bad news is that it's £150,000.

The suspension feels more Mondeo than madness, it’s a comfy ride, with sharp, but not too heavy, steering…then you rocket to 130mph in third…Then it turns into an animal – at ludicrously high speeds. On the twisting taxi-ing-lanes it shows outrageous grip. The suspension firms up under pressure and is sharp while the steering is pin-point positive.
